Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full-Time & Per Diem (PRN) Fort Myers Rehab & Nursing Center – Fort Myers, FL Fort Myers Rehab & Nursing Center provides exceptional in‑house sub‑acute rehabilitation and skilled nursing care. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team. We are currently hiring for full‑time and per‑diem (PRN) positions. Responsibilities Provide physical therapy treatments to residents under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence. Monitor and document patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Physical Therapist. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support optimal patient outcomes. Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and mobility techniques. Qualifications Associate’s Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Current Florida Physical Therapist Assistant license. Experience in a rehabilitation or skilled nursing facility preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
