Position Summary: As a Busser, you will be a key player in crafting an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Duties & Responsibilities: Maintain Cleanliness: Efficiently remove used tableware as guests finish their meals and clear tables promptly. Ensure tables, chairs, and booths are cleaned between seatings. Regularly check and clean the floor, windows, and seat cracks. Restroom Upkeep: Inspect restrooms every 30 minutes and clean as needed to ensure a pristine environment for our guests. Guest Interaction: Respond appropriately to guest requests and communicate with servers to address their needs efficiently. Thank guests as they leave to enhance their experience. Collaborative Work: Work closely with servers and hostesses to ensure smooth seating arrangements and optimal table utilization. Assist servers with plate removal, especially during busy times and large parties. Overall Cleanliness: Keep all Front of House areas, including floors around trash cans and walkways, clean and presentable. Flexibility: Be prepared to step in and assist in other areas as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant, as directed by the Restaurant Manager or supervisor. Qualifications: Experience: No previous restaurant experience required—just a willingness to learn and a positive attitude. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, reach, bend, and stoop. Capability to work on your feet for extended periods (up to 6 hours).
