Empowering Family & Child Development — Home Visitor
Wellnest Emotional Health & Wellness
Wellnest Emotional Health & Wellness is seeking a Home Visitor to provide services to caregivers and newborns through age 5 under the Healthy Families America model. You will conduct eligibility assessments and deliver regular home visits to support parent-child attachment and child development. The role involves building trust with families, linking them to resources, and advocating for child and family well-being.
