Role Overview

This position requires an analyst to examine a specific business area and define how technology can drive business results. The role involves working on a cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, designers, and subject matter experts using an agile methodology to deliver on outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in at least one business area or domain, serving as a department-level authority.
• Independently assess and document the current state across multiple processes and business areas.
• Define "target state" solutions by understanding business drivers.
• Lead requirement gathering for larger efforts and across multiple business domains.
• Author user stories and features of medium to high complexity, sometimes across multiple teams.
• Support solution delivery by coordinating and facilitating business test planning and execution.
• Work independently and provide mentorship or coordinate work for others.
• Use project management skills to lead, complete, and advance work.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree.

Experience: 4-5 years of prior experience in business analysis.
