Business Analyst

Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a portfolio of strategic business and technology initiatives. This individual will partner closely with business stakeholders, product teams, technology partners, and subject matter experts to help define solutions, improve processes, and deliver meaningful business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Business Analysis & Process Improvement Partner with stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and opportunities. Analyze current processes and identify recommendations for improvement. Conduct current-state, future-state, and gap analyses. Translate business needs into documented requirements and solution recommendations. Requirements Gathering & Documentation Facilitate requirements elicitation sessions across multiple stakeholder groups. Create and maintain user stories, business requirements, process flows, and acceptance criteria. Ensure alignment between business and technology teams throughout the project lifecycle. Support prioritization and refinement of requirements. Agile Delivery Support Collaborate with product teams, developers, QA teams, and business partners in Agile delivery environments. Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and reviews. Serve as a liaison between business and technical stakeholders. Help drive successful delivery of project objectives. Testing & Implementation Support testing strategy, planning, and execution efforts. Validate delivered solutions against documented requirements. Assist with user acceptance testing and stakeholder sign-off activities. Support implementation readiness and business adoption efforts. Stakeholder Management & Leadership Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members as appropriate. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at varying levels of the organization. Drive initiatives forward with limited oversight. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. 4+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting business and technology initiatives. Strong experience working within Agile delivery environments. Demonstrated experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements. Proven ability to analyze processes and identify improvement opportunities. Experience creating user stories, workflows, and business documentation. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting customer-facing, operational, or business transformation initiatives. Familiarity with data, reporting, analytics, or enterprise technology platforms. Experience documenting business processes and workflow diagrams. Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and solution architects. Experience working within large, complex organizations. Desired Technical Skills Jira or similar Agile project management tools. Reporting and data visualization platforms. Analytics and business intelligence tools. SQL and data analysis experience. Process mapping and workflow documentation tools. Testing coordination and validation experience.
