Senior Business AnalystWe are seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a position in downtown Milwaukee. The role involves in-depth analysis of specific business areas to define and implement technology-driven solutions for business results. You will work on a cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, designers, and subject matter experts in an agile environment to achieve outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide deep expertise in at least one business area or domain and articulate this knowledge at the department level.Independently assess and document the current state across multiple processes and business areas, while mentoring other Business Analysts.Think strategically to understand business drivers and define "target state" solutions.Lead requirements gathering for larger efforts across multiple business domains.Author user stories and features of medium to high complexity, sometimes across multiple teams.Support solution delivery by coordinating and facilitating business test planning and execution.Work independently and potentially coordinate work for others, providing mentorship.Use advanced project management skills to lead and complete work.Required QualificationsExperience: 4-5 years of prior experience in business analysis.
