Quality Manager - Metal Components

The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who will proactively improve the quality systems of the company through internal audits, participation in process improvement programs, and interaction with key partners to obtain constructive feedback.
Qualifications
- B.S. Degree from an accredited institution
- Experience contributing to the overall quality of the product produced and shipped to the
- Experience complying with the standards prescribed in AS9100 and standards established by customers and corporate.
- Experience having managerial responsibility for the quality assurance, quality engineering, quality control, MDM, and Nondestructive Testing oversight teams
- Experience bringing ideas on how to improve quality to senior executives
- Experience being the owner of the quality function
- Experience on the shop floor/meeting with people
- Experience where you have had to push back to get a necessary idea through
