- Managed full P&L responsibility for 17 manufacturing facilities across the US and Canada, overseeing $1B+ in annual revenue and an $802M operating budget
- Led the implementation of enterprise-wide Industry 4.0 initiatives—including FactoryTalk and SAP S/4HANA—which delivered a 38% increase in operational efficiency and a 22% reduction in total OPEX
- Executed a $28MM CAPEX program on time and on budget, modernizing facilities and scaling automation across multiple sites
- Built and standardized quality, food safety (HACCP/GMP), and people processes across 17 sites, creating a scalable and unified operating system
- Directed a TPM and Lean culture that improved OEE, MTBF, throughput, and yield across the entire production network
- Orchestrated North America's largest single-volume optimization program for Kraft Heinz, harmonizing operations for 200MM pounds of product and yielding a 37% service performance improvement
- Achieved a $1.4MM cost reduction in six months as Plant Manager by optimizing maintenance spending and eliminating waste, while boosting uptime and throughput
- Improved yield from 28% to 62% and attained 98% centerline effectiveness across packaging operations within one year
- Led teams that generated $11.8MM and $8.4MM in business impact through Six Sigma and Lean projects at Kraft Heinz
- Sustained OEE above 92% and drove 17x MTBF improvement at Nestlé Waters, playing a key role in maintenance excellence across North American operations
