Registered Nurse (RN)-PACU-Full Time Various-Temecula Valley Hospital

Responsibilities The hospital provides advanced technology and patient-centered care to patients and their families. Performs initial assessments appropriate to a patient’s clinical presentation, diagnosis, care setting, age, development level, and cultural and religious orientation in a timely manner. Identifies and prioritizes the need for further assessment based on the patient’s clinical presentation and responses to any previous care. Initiates discharge planning for each patient upon admission as appropriate.
