About the Role Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced Virtual Child Development Specialist to join their innovative, fully remote team serving families in Welkom . In this crucial role, you will guide parents and caregivers through virtual consultations, providing expert advice and resources on child development, parenting strategies, and early learning. You will utilize digital platforms to deliver personalized support, conduct online workshops, and foster a strong sense of community among families. This position offers the flexibility to work from home while making a significant positive impact on early childhood development and family well-being through expert-led virtual guidance. Key Responsibilities Conduct personalized virtual consultations with parents and caregivers to address concerns related to child development and behavior. Develop and deliver engaging online workshops and webinars on various parenting topics and early learning strategies. Create informative and accessible digital resources, guides, and content for families. Provide evidence-based guidance on developmental milestones, age-appropriate activities, and effective parenting techniques. Facilitate online support groups and foster a collaborative community among parents and caregivers. Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and progress. Requirements Master's degree or equivalent in Child Development, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. Extensive experience in early childhood education, parenting support, or child psychology. Proficiency in using virtual communication tools, learning management systems, and digital content creation software. Exceptional communication, active listening, and empathy skills. Ability to work independently, manage a virtual caseload, and maintain professional boundaries. Strong understanding of child development from infancy through early childhood.
