The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.

What will you be doing?

• Provide administrative and operational support for Holman's Third Party Remarketing program
• Manage title-related activities, including title requests, title receipt, title flips, title issue resolution, and document tracking
• Serve as a liaison between clients, auctions, vendors, and internal departments to facilitate the timely resolution of title and remarketing matters
• Conduct client outreach for missing titles, powers of attorney, repossession documents, and other required paperwork
• Process and monitor vendor invoices, billing-related requests, and supporting documentation
• Respond to client inquiries regarding title status, remarketing activity, documentation requirements, and vehicle sale delays
• Support accounting, administrative, and operational activities related to Remarketing
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• 2-4 years' experience in administrative, customer service, or related fields
• Prior remarketing, automotive, or title services experience preferred
• Superior problem-solving ability in a dynamic environment
• Professional presence and ability to liaise with all levels of internal and external management, including executive leadership; in-person and remotely
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in administrative processes

Regular Full-Time

Temporary or Part-Time

In geographic areas with statutory paid sick leave, part-time and temporary employees will receive a paid sick leave benefit that meets the mandated requirements.

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $24.65 - $35.13 USD per hour.
