Collibra Administrator

The Collibra Administrator will be responsible for administering and maintaining Collibra environments across DEV, TEST, and PROD. This role includes workflow development, platform configuration, metadata ingestion, lineage troubleshooting, integration support, documentation maintenance, and operational readiness. The administrator will collaborate across infrastructure, security, vendor teams, and business data groups to ensure a stable, compliant, and high-performing data governance platform. Key Responsibilities Manage Collibra environments (DEV/TEST/PROD) including console access, log analysis, patching, and platform configuration. Coordinate with vendors, infrastructure teams, and security teams to ensure platform reliability, compliance, and readiness. Administer Collibra Edge servers, sites, and capabilities with integrations across Snowflake, dbt, Tableau, Power BI, Informatica DQ, relational databases, and file-based sources. Develop and maintain Collibra workflows using BPMN, Groovy scripting, and REST APIs. Automate governance processes and enhance user experience through customized workflow logic. Configure and troubleshoot metadata ingestion and data lineage workflows from multiple upstream sources. Support Collibra Insights pipelines, including Snowflake-based ingestion. Develop and maintain Control-M jobs, SQL scripts, and scheduling processes supporting Insights pipelines. Provide incident response, troubleshooting, and resolution across platform components, integrations, and workflows. Perform change testing, defect validation, and release readiness checks. Create and maintain platform runbooks, SOPs, and technical documentation. Required Qualifications Experience administering Collibra DGC, Catalog, Lineage, and Edge. Hands-on experience with workflow automation using BPMN, Groovy, and REST APIs. Strong SQL skills and experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms. Experience with governed metadata ingestion, lineage troubleshooting, and data quality platforms.
