Wireless Sales Representative

Job Description
C&C Elite is looking for goal oriented individuals with a competitive edge to join our team as Wireless Sales Representative . In this role, you will engage with customers introducing them to their products and services.
This is a great opportunity for people who enjoy talking with customers, working in a fast-paced retail environment, and earning uncapped commission on top of hourly pay.
Your Position Details:
- Approach and engage with customers
- Recommend products based on customer needs
- Meet and exceed personal sales goals
- Maintain a professional and positive brand presence in the store
- Work closely with store leadership and teammates
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Previous sales or retail experience preferred (but not required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers
- Ability to work flexible retail hours (weekends and holidays may be required)
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly base pay + Uncapped commission + Paid training
