Three Speech-Language Pathologist positions are available—two full-time roles (37.5 hours/week) and one part-time (4 days/week)—serving elementary and high school students. These contract opportunities offer the chance to work in person until June 17, 2027, helping diverse learners reach critical milestones in their academic and personal growth.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Washington SLP license required
• ESA certification (Educational Staff Associate)
• SLP-CCC credentials
• School-based SLP experience preferred
• Must have completed fingerprinting process through OSPI
• Experience working with elementary or high school populations
• Strong assessment, intervention, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech-language assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
• Deliver therapeutic services to students in group and individual settings
• Consult with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams regarding students’ progress
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation and IEP compliance
• Support positive outcomes for students with a variety of communication disorders
• Participate in school meetings, staff development, and professional learning
