Director of Product, Financial Integrity & Trust

Responsibilities Develop and implement compliance strategies and frameworks to ensure our products and services adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards while balancing customer experience and business growth. Stay updated with relevant regulatory changes and monitor industry trends to anticipate compliance requirements and potential risks. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including product development, legal, operations, and quality assurance to integrate compliance considerations into product planning and development processes. Monitor and track compliance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of compliance product initiatives and identify areas for improvement. Plan, organize, and deliver new compliance products and features to the market. Support other global product launches and ongoing product adoption. Drive strategic alignment across teams to ensure cohesive product functionality and value proposition. Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap for on‑chain deposit and withdrawal processes, considering user needs, competitive landscape, and market trends. Stay up‑to‑date with latest developments in crypto and blockchain space, proactively identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in on‑chain transaction processes. Conduct competitor and user research, gather feedback, and analyze data to identify pain points, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Define clear product requirements and user stories, working closely with engineering and design teams to ensure successful implementation. Champion a user‑centric approach, advocating for intuitive and secure user experiences throughout the deposit and withdrawal journey. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to on‑chain transactions, such as conversion rates and conversion time. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline. 5+ years of product management experience with a focus on compliance (KYC, sanction screening, compliance supervision services, transaction monitoring, etc.). Good understanding of risks and compliance in the crypto industry. Entrepreneurial spirit; experience working in a fast‑paced environment with competing resources and priorities; ability to navigate ambiguity to advocate for resources. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin); ability to translate strategy into clear and actionable plans for Product Development, Engineering, Design, and Marketing. Logical thinking and critical reasoning to analyze complex problems and situations. High proficiency in technical product, system, and implementation details; able to engage with engineering beyond product and user experience needs; willing to roll up sleeves and design scalable and extensible solutions. Data‑oriented: identify, define, track and act upon impact metrics; experience with KPIs and instrumentation monitoring. Experience leading cross‑functional teams to deliver complex projects with multiple dependencies and constraints in a highly dynamic environment. The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long‑term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, depending on the position offered.
