Recovery Innovations in Columbus, OH is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment for licensed, leadership and other roles. The position is part-time/exempt, temporary up to 12 weeks, with a hybrid work arrangement and a salary of $32,000–$37,500 annually. You will partner with hiring managers, source candidates online, coordinate interviews, manage postings and offers, and design job descriptions that reflect candidate profiles.
