What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems

• Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups

• Present honest, customer-friendly recommendations

• Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and job site

• Represent Fix-it 24/7 professionally on every call

• Complete all service documentation accurately

What We're Looking For

• Proven HVAC service experience (residential preferred)

• EPA 608 certification required

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

• Friendly, customer-focused personality

• Motivated and driven to earn

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
