Data Analyst Dashboard Developer

Salary: $98,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements:

• We require the ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust clearance.
• We require a bachelors or masters degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related STEM discipline.
• We require at least one year of experience in business analytics, data analysis, data engineering, data visualization, or data science.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities are highly valued, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• We prefer experience gathering requirements and presenting recommendations to clients with clear written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with dashboard platforms such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
• Experience with cloud-based analytics environments such as Databricks, Snowflake, or Impala is desirable.
• Hands-on analytics and data transformation experience using SQL, Python, and R is preferred.
• Knowledge of ETL workflows and data integration tools is advantageous.

• We design and build data visualizations and dashboard solutions in Tableau to deliver actionable analytics insights.
• We lead and review data cleansing scripts using Databricks, SQL, and Python.
• We maintain and improve dashboards, analytics solutions, and reporting tools that support operational and strategic decisions.
• We identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate processes, and strengthen data handling, then help implement those improvements.
• We partner with stakeholders to define AI and analytics use cases and translate business needs into scalable data science solutions.
• We focus on client service while also contributing to business development, internal initiatives, and our own professional growth.
• We support proposals and pursuit efforts such as RFP, RFQ, and RFI responses, as well as white papers.
