Human Resources (HR) Manager

As the Human Resources (HR) Manager at Krista Care LLC, you will play a vital role in managing all aspects of human resources functions within our organization. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with our company's goals and objectives. This includes overseeing recruitment and hiring processes, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. We are looking for an experienced HR professional who can effectively lead and support our employees while maintaining a positive and inclusive work culture.
