SimSpace provides advanced, realistic cyber ranges as an AI Proving Grounds for mission critical organizations worldwide. This role is strategic in leading the development of our platform to enable organizations to train defenders, evaluate security controls, rehearse missions, test operational resilience, and validate emerging AI and agentic systems under realistic conditions. AI systems and autonomous agents are rapidly becoming part of how organizations defend, operate, automate, and make decisions. Define functional and non-functional requirements for platform capabilities, including performance, reliability, scalability, security, observability, data quality, extensibility, integration, and operational requirements. Shape platform capabilities that may include environment orchestration, scenario execution, AI and agent interfaces, evaluation workflows, telemetry, ground truth, reporting, APIs, infrastructure automation, and customer-facing controls. Serve as a credible product partner to senior engineering leaders on architectural tradeoffs, system constraints, technical dependencies, implementation approaches, and delivery risks.
