Assignment Highlights:

• Contract runs from December 14 through March
• Full-time schedule: Monday to Thursday, 35 hours weekly
• Workdays are 8:00 am – 3:45 pm MST (Mondays begin at 7:30 am)
• Manage a diverse caseload across both middle and high school students
• Collaborate with special education staff, families, and administration

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active SLP license in Idaho (or willingness to obtain before assignment start)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required
• School-based experience with adolescents preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students, tailoring interventions to individualized educational needs
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Provide consultative support to educators and families to carry over strategies
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment that supports each student’s learning
