Role Description The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LICSW) will provide direct clinical services to clients, including psychosocial assessments, individual therapy, and crisis intervention. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing treatment plans, maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, and coordinating care with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other community resources. This is a full-time, telehealth or hybride role located in Braintree, MA, requiring consistent collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. Qualifications Demonstrated skills in Social Work practice, including assessment, counseling, and advocacy. Experience or training in Medical Social Work, with the ability to collaborate effectively with others Clinical experience working with Mental Health conditions across diverse populations. Knowledge and practice in Behavioral Health, including evidence-based interventions and crisis management. Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program. Current Massachusetts LCSW or LICSW license, or eligibility for licensure within a specified timeframe. Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team. Experience with electronic health records and familiarity with regulatory and ethical standards in behavioral health.
