As a Scrum Master, you're passionate about outcomes and supporting a development team that's creating efficiency in critical projects. You know the importance of Agile best practices and how to combat challenges early to get work done. We need a seasoned Scrum Master like you to create solutions supporting the client and its most important missions.

On our team, you'll guide a development team in the Agile methodology to achieve its highest performance level, facilitate progress towards goals, eliminate blockers, and support ROM and level of estimate activities while serving as a resource to answer questions and an advisor to the government on incremental changes that could lead to continuous improvement. You'll work on unusually complex problems, introduce leading-edge concepts, and providing highly innovative solutions to your team and key stakeholders.

This is an opportunity to share your expertise in IT project management and Agile project management while developing and contributing to a variety of project solutions while successfully delivering project solutions that will impact the client.

You Have:

• 2+ years of experience utilizing Jira to track work for a team
• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master on an ART
• Knowledge of Agile principles
• Top Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in technical management or program management, Master's degree and 5+ years of experience in technical management or program management, or 12+ years of experience in technical management or program management in lieu of a degree

• SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (ASM) Certification

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
