Education: High School or equivalent

Overview: Reports to the Quality Assurance Manager; responsible for inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and regulatory standards. Acts as an internal and external auditor, collaborating with Production and R&D teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections and tests on materials and products; accurately document results and deviations
• Identify and report nonconformances; participate in root cause analysis and process improvement
• Calibrate and maintain testing equipment
• Assist with training staff and developing SOPs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support quality initiatives
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and report issues

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years of quality control experience (industrial environment preferred)
• Knowledge of inspection methods and analytical testing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic data systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate findings and work independently or as part of a team
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment
