VP of People Operations

To support a growing organization, the remote VP of People Operations will architect and execute the People operations strategy, manage a team, and serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team on organizational design, fiscal stewardship, and M&A integration. Key responsibilities Own and drive the recruiting and hiring strategy, overseeing workforce planning, onboarding, and EOR management Serve as a strategic partner on the executive leadership team, integrating People initiatives with business strategies and M&A activities Lead the HR team to ensure operational excellence, compliance, and the design of a competitive compensation and benefits framework Required qualifications 12+ years of progressive HR or People leadership experience in scaling distributed, fast-growing organizations Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or Psychology; a Master's degree or MBA is highly preferred Professional certifications such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR are preferred Strong business acumen and deep knowledge of labor law Exceptional conflict resolution capabilities and a collaborative approach to problem-solving
