Recovia, LLC is seeking a BEHAVIORAL HEALTH COUNSELOR / LMSW LAC for our NW Hospital-LaCholla Clinic for in-clinic and virtual patients. That address is: 6060 N Fountain Plaza Dr #140, Tucson AZ 85704 .

Recovia, LLC is a privately owned company with an innovative outpatient program dedicated to treating chronic pain, mental health issues, and substance use disorders in Arizona.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to in-clinic and virtual patients dealing with mental health issues.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated care for each patient.
• Facilitate psychoeducation sessions to empower patients with knowledge about their mental health.
