First-Year Earnings Expectation: $85K$125K and 2nd year earnings as Executive LO $200k+

The IGNITE Program is the launchpad for our next wave of high performersdesigned to take driven individuals with zero mortgage experience and train them into fully licensed, high-producing Loan Officers.

This is not an internship or shadowing role. This is the start of a high six-figure career.

What You'll Do

• Train directly under top-producing Mortgage Bankers and leadership
• Apply real sales tactics through hands-on coaching
• Make and receive calls from warm, inbound leads
• Learn our CRM and loan origination technology
• Deliver high-quality customer service to clients and referral partners
• Participate in sales meetings, contests, and performance incentives
• Thrive in a fast-paced, competitive, results-driven environment

Who We're Looking For

• No mortgage experience neededpaid training provided
• Bachelor's degree OR experience in sales, military, or commission-based roles
• Outgoing, competitive, and naturally strong with people
• Excellent communication skills (phone, written, and in-person)
• Highly motivated by income, growth, and performance
• Thrives under high expectations and fast-paced environments
• Self-starter with strong organization and problem-solving skills
• Someone who wants to win, not just work

What You Get (Compensation & Perks)

• Base Salary + uncapped commissions
