Procurement Project Manager

The Procurement Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end RFP and procurement process to support strategic sourcing initiatives across the organization. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders and vendors to drive cost-effective, high-quality procurement outcomes while balancing total cost of ownership, commercial risk, and operational objectives. Job Function Coordinate end-to-end bidding processes and track key procurement milestones to ensure timely project execution. Conduct thorough bid analyses and lead vendor negotiations to secure optimal pricing, commercial terms, and service levels. Author and prepare comprehensive contract documentation in alignment with organizational standards and compliance metrics. Review project scopes of work and technical specifications to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with business needs. Identify cost-saving and value engineering opportunities to reduce overall spend while maintaining high-quality standards. Drive and support strategic procurement initiatives across multiple diverse business units. Serve as a primary point of contact between internal corporate teams and external vendor partners to maintain an efficient, compliant, and value-driven procurement workflow.
