What You’ll Do Day-to-Day Be the Guide: Connect directly with employees and business owners to walk them through their coverage options with warmth and clarity. Share the Knowledge: Host engaging presentations that make insurance easy to understand (and way less boring!). Lend a Helping Hand: Guide individuals step-by-step through the enrollment and claims processes so they never feel lost. Build Relationships: Provide ongoing support, answer questions, and work closely with our home-office team to make sure every customer feels cared for. Who You Are (Qualifications) We hire for heart and attitude first! You’ll be a great fit if you have: A Caring Heart: Deep empathy, strong listening skills, and a genuine desire to help others. Great Communication Skills: You can explain complex ideas in simple, warm, and clear language. A Professional & Trustworthy Vibe: High integrity and respect for confidential information are non-negotiable. Licensing: An active Life & Health Insurance License is preferred, but not required —we can guide you through getting licensed! Local Flexibility: Ability to work a full-time hybrid schedule based in the Great Smoky Mountains area, balance your calendar, and meet with local employer groups. Tech Comfort: Comfortable using basic office software and ready to learn our easy-to-use digital enrollment tools. Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required (post-secondary education/certifications are a bonus!).
