What You'll Do:

• Close deals & drive revenue by engaging with potential customers and guiding them through the final decision-making process.
• Operate with confidence over the phone, using company-approved scripts to address questions, overcome objections, and ultimately close the deal.
• Maintain a positive, energetic vibe on every call—your enthusiasm is key to success!
• Work alongside an amazing sales team to hit and exceed sales quotas while keeping the customer experience top of mind.
• Master our product offerings to communicate their value clearly and effectively.
• Manage inbound and outbound leads efficiently, ensuring no opportunity slips through the cracks.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Required:

• Stellar verbal communication and phone etiquette
• Proven negotiation and persuasion skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and active listening skills
• Comfortable working with office technology (computers, phones, etc.)
• A passion for delivering excellent customer service
• High School diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred)

Preferred:

• Previous experience in call centers, sales, or customer-facing roles
• A track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs
