What You'll Do:
- Close deals & drive revenue by engaging with potential customers and guiding them through the final decision-making process.
- Operate with confidence over the phone, using company-approved scripts to address questions, overcome objections, and ultimately close the deal.
- Maintain a positive, energetic vibe on every call—your enthusiasm is key to success!
- Work alongside an amazing sales team to hit and exceed sales quotas while keeping the customer experience top of mind.
- Master our product offerings to communicate their value clearly and effectively.
- Manage inbound and outbound leads efficiently, ensuring no opportunity slips through the cracks.

Essential Skills & Experience:
Required:
- Stellar verbal communication and phone etiquette
- Proven negotiation and persuasion skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and active listening skills
- Comfortable working with office technology (computers, phones, etc.)
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service
- High School diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred)
Preferred:
- Previous experience in call centers, sales, or customer-facing roles
- A track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs
