You’ll handle everything from calendar management to accompanying leadership to networking events — and all the day-to-day tasks that make an executive’s life easier. If you’re resourceful, proactive, and great at juggling multiple priorities, you’ll love this job. What you’ll be doing Own the calendar. Manage and prioritize a busy executive schedule — meetings, travel, and everything in between. Attend networking events. Join leadership at client meetings and industry events, representing the company with professionalism and polish. Be the point person. Act as the go-to for internal teams and external contacts, keeping communication clear and professional. Handle the details. Prepare documents, presentations, and reports. Track deadlines and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. Support big-picture projects. Jump in wherever needed to help the executive and the company move forward. Who you are Highly organized with a knack for keeping multiple plates spinning. A clear, professional communicator (bonus points if you’re great at writing). Tech-savvy — comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools. Someone who loves creating order out of chaos and is quick on their feet when plans change. 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role.
