JOB SUMMARY

The Program Coordinator I (Site Coordinator I) supports the implementation of their program strategy at an assigned school. This role focuses on executing established programs, coordinating student supports, and maintaining accurate documentation under guidance from leadership. This is an entry-level role designed for individuals developing foundational skills in case management, program coordination, and school-based partnership work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Program & Activity Coordination (Execution-Focused)

• Support implementation of the School Support Plan using established templates and guidance
• Coordinate Tier I programs and activities as assigned
• Assistwithlogisticsfor partner-led programs and school-wide events
• Follow established processes and communicate updates clearly to supervisor

Student & Family Support (Structured Case Management)

• Manage a caseload of students (typically 40–55) with supervision
• Conduct intake, documentation, and basic home visits
• Implement student/family support plans using established approaches
• Maintainaccurateandtimelycase documentation

Collaboration & Relationships (Responsive)

• Maintain professional and responsive communication with school staff and partners
• Follow through on assigned tasks and commitments
• Build basic working relationships with students, families, and staff

Operations & Organization

• Maintain organized schedules, files, and tracking systems

• Meet deadlines with guidance and reminders
• Handle confidential student information appropriately

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree (or nearing completion) in relevant field
• 0–2years experienceworking with youth, schools, or community programs
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
