We’re seeking a Director of Integrated Marketing and Growth Someone who is a builder, modernizer, and player-coach who can move seamlessly between strategy and execution to drive meaningful business impact. You should bring a strong commercial mindset, embrace new technologies and AI thoughtfully, and create scalable processes that make Marketing a more effective and measurable contributor to growth. Success in this role will be defined by stronger market positioning, increased sales productivity, deeper customer relationships, and measurable pipeline and revenue contribution.

Requirements

The Director of Integrated Marketing & Growth will be expected to operate as a hands-on, commercially minded leader who can set strategy while driving execution across multiple brands and business priorities.

• B2B marketing leadership: Demonstrated experience leading integrated B2B marketing strategies across demand generation, digital, content, brand, social media, events, websites, and sales enablement.
• Commercial and sales alignment: Proven ability to partner with Sales and business leaders to drive measurable outcomes, including target-account engagement, qualified opportunities, pipeline contribution, and account growth.
• Strategic and hands-on leadership: Strong player-coach who can translate business objectives into marketing plans, prioritize investments, lead cross-functional initiatives, and personally execute high-priority work when needed.
• Marketing technology & AI fluency: Experience leveraging CRM, marketing automation, analytics, digital platforms, and AI-enabled tools to improve marketing effectiveness, productivity, personalization, and scale.
• Brand, content & communication expertise: Exceptional writing, storytelling, and messaging skills with experience strengthening brand positioning, developing compelling content, and creating sales and customer-facing materials.
• Operational & analytical excellence: Strong project leadership, business acumen, and analytical skills with experience managing KPIs, budgets, agencies, vendors, campaigns, and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated B2B marketing experience across integrated marketing, growth, demand generation, sales enablement, brand, and digital channels, ideally within professional services, staffing, consulting, technology, or another complex B2B environment.
• Proven ability to connect marketing strategy to commercial outcomes, including pipeline generation, target-account engagement, new-business development, and revenue growth.
• Strong experience partnering with Sales and business leaders to develop campaigns, account strategies, sales enablement, and account-based marketing (ABM) programs.
• Excellent writing, storytelling, and messaging skills, with the ability to translate complex offerings into compelling content, thought leadership, case studies, and customer-facing materials.
• Hands-on experience across digital marketing, websites, SEO, email, social media, content, events, customer advocacy, and marketing operations.
• Strong marketing technology and AI fluency, including CRM, marketing automation, analytics, CMS, and AI-enabled tools for content, personalization, automation, and performance analysis.
• Demonstrated analytical and commercial mindset, with experience defining KPIs, measuring marketing effectiveness, interpreting data, and using insights to improve performance and investment decisions.
• Strong project and program leadership, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, budgets, agencies, vendors, and external partners simultaneously.
• Experience supporting multiple brands, business units, or customer segments and building scalable marketing processes and programs.
• Collaborative, adaptable player-coach who can work effectively with executives and cross-functional teams while independently moving initiatives from strategy through execution.
