At least 6 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably within B2B or B2C services, sustainability, waste management, logistics or a related industry Demonstrated success driving MQL growth, digital marketing performance, and multi‑channel campaigns Experience managing both digital and traditional marketing programs Strong portfolio of marketing collateral development and content leadership Expertise with in‑person marketing, field marketing, or community engagement Expertise in building or scaling a marketing function in a growth‑stage company.
