Customer Service Associate

As a primary point of contact for clients, the remote Automotive Customer Service Specialist will manage inbound and outbound communications, utilizing web-based tools to resolve inquiries and ensure a positive customer experience in a full-time capacity. Key responsibilities Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to address their questions and concerns Calmly resolve and de-escalate issues, escalating interactions when necessary Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, and provide feedback on call issues Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience Must be 18 years of age or older Ability to type at least 25 words per minute Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems
