Role: Project Manager II, Digital Infrastructure Role Overview Client is seeking an experienced Project Manager II contractor to support initiatives within Digital Infrastructure. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing infrastructure focused projects while maintaining delivery discipline, stakeholder alignment, and cost control. The Project Manager II will lead projects end to end, partnering with infrastructure, security, and IT teams to ensure schedules, dependencies, and outcomes are managed effectively in an enterprise environment. This is a hands on delivery role with direct accountability for project execution. Scope of Work / Key Responsibilities Plan and analyze assigned projects, establishing schedules, project parameters, and execution procedures Review project proposals and plans to determine: Timelines and milestones Funding limitations Staffing and resource requirements Allocation of resources across project phases Develop detailed work plans and coordinate staffing or resource assignments as required Lead project teams by: Outlining work plans Assigning duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority Manage tasks, estimates, dependencies, milestones, and required project documentation Modify plans or schedules to address risks, issues, or changes Coordinate project activities related to regulatory or governmental requirements when applicable Maintain accurate forecasting of project cost at completion Prepare and deliver: Project status reports Management and stakeholder updates Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and stakeholders Investigate and resolve concerns, implement corrective actions, and maintain customer satisfaction Ensure timely project completion and obtain formal acceptance and sign off Maintain accountability for successful project outcomes Support coordination of required subcontract agreements or project documentation Required Skills & Experience (Must Haves) Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of hands on experience in project management Proven experience managing: Infrastructure or IT focused projects Schedules, dependencies, and delivery risks Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills Experience producing project plans, status reports, and delivery documentation Ability to work effectively across cross functional technical teams Experience operating in enterprise, governance driven environments Preferred / Nice to Have Experience PMP certification 5+ years of experience supporting: Cybersecurity initiatives IT infrastructure or operations projects Systems or security administration environments Experience coordinating work across infrastructure, security, and IT teams Exposure to regulated or compliance aware delivery environments Environment Context This role supports Digital Infrastructure initiatives Projects may involve coordination across infrastructure, security, IT operations, and external partners Strong execution discipline and clear communication are critical for success What "Good" Looks Like in This Role Strong candidates will: Be highly organized and execution focused Proactively manage timelines, dependencies, and risks Communicate clearly with both technical teams and business stakeholders Take ownership of projects from initiation through closure Deliver predictably in complex, infrastructure driven environments Brandon Consulting Associates, Inc. is an EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER and has been in business for 29 years. #J-18808-Ljbffr Brandon Consulting Associates, Inc.
