• Do you have 3+ years setting up and running OD/ID grinders like Landis, Studer, Tschudin, or Cincinnati?
• Can you consistently hit ultra-tight tolerances and deliver the specified finish?
• Are complex prints and GD&T callouts part of your daily routine?
• Do conventional grinding fundamentals—wheel selection and dressing—come naturally?
• Would teammates describe your attendance and safety mindset as rock-solid?
• Do you hold a high school diploma or equivalent (with trade/tech schooling as a plus)?

What you’ll do

• Set up and operate OD and ID cylindrical grinding machines to exact specifications.
• Plan and execute efficient changeovers while maintaining quality and throughput.
• Verify critical dimensions with micrometers, calipers, and bore gauges throughout the run.
• Machine tool steel and heat-treated alloys to blueprint and GD&T requirements.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Keep your work area clean and compliant with safety best practices.
