The HR Associate will support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks.Schedule requires on-site presence.Pay Range: $33/hr. - $39 /hr.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, evaluating hiring recommendationsOn/Off boarding: Facilitate with new hire orientation and exit interviews.Employee Relations: Build trust among employees and promote company core values. Address employee inquiries, conflicts and company polices compliances in a bilingual capacity.Documentation: Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.Process payroll and benefit enrolment.Employee Training and development.Lead some HR projects and initiatives as needed.Support HR Manager as needed.Onsite presence and occasional client site visits required.
