As a Bakery Clerk, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers have a delightful experience while enjoying our delicious pastries and coffee. Join us in creating a warm and welcoming environment for all who walk through our doors.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Assist with new store openings and setup
• Conduct sales analysis to optimize product offerings
• Operate fryer equipment to prepare fresh pastries
• Demonstrate product knowledge to assist customers with selections
• Manage wholesale orders and deliveries

Required Skills:

• Experience in store management
• Ability to palletize and organize inventory
• Knowledge of First In, First Out (FIFO) inventory management
• Experience in merchandising and display setup
• Strong guest service skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience operating a pallet jack
• Ability to pull and pack orders efficiently
• Knowledge of fraud investigation procedures
• Skills in food preparation and sanitation
• Experience in shipping and receiving

Salary and Benefits:

Starting salary for this position is $31,500 with the potential to earn up to $40,000 based on experience and performance. BoSa Donuts offers competitive benefits packages including health insurance, paid time off, and employee discounts.
