Mod Spuds is a fast casual concept from James Beard Award nominated Chef Ange Branca. We are opened in the first quarter of 2026 in the South Street neighborhood of Philadelphia.
Mod Spuds is a high volume, casual dining and delivery concept centered on “Jacket Potatoes" viral loaded baked potatoes!
We are currently looking for a line cook to join Mod Spuds’ kitchen team.
As part of Mod Spuds kitchen team, cooks will be responsible primarily for preparing and executing our dining menu.
Previous cooking experience is not required, but a dedication to learning & growth is.
We are in search of individuals who:
- enjoy working as part of a team in fast paced, physically demanding environments
- have weekend & evening availability
- believe in maintaining a respectful & collaborative workplace for all employees
Compensation is hourly (based on experience) + tip share; Mod Spuds operates as a One Fair Wage restaurant and tips are pooled between all staff.
