Registered Nurse / Laser Associate

Location & Hours 10303C Magnolia Ave, Riverside, CA 92505 Full‑time position - Schedule: Monday: 9:30 am - 6:00 pm Tuesday: 10:30 am - 7:00 pm Wednesday: 9:30 am - 6:00 pm Thursday: 9:30 am - 6:00 pm Friday: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Saturday: 8:30 am - 4:00 pm Position Overview As a Registered Nurse, you are the go‑to laser expert in this studio. Your responsibilities include administering safe laser treatments, educating clients on the removal process, and overseeing various laser and operational activities. You provide exceptional client experiences and handle routine tasks with ease. Responsibilities Provide safe and effective laser treatments according to Removery protocol. Ensure compliance with safety protocol, treatment guidelines, and client records. Establish trust with clients through excellent customer service while communicating realistic expectations and treatment outcomes. Maintain accountability and collaborate with the studio team to achieve key performance indicators and foster a positive studio culture. Perform light cleaning duties and administrative tasks as needed to support smooth studio operations. Maintain up‑to‑date licensing credentials and comply with company learning and development requirements. Position Specifics Pay: $46‑50 hr based on relative experience. Location: Riverside, CA. Effective, client‑centric communication style. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Possible out‑of‑state travel for training. Ability to sit for hour‑long increments. Ability to lift 10 lbs. or more repetitively. Comfortable interacting with and treating the human body. Ability to maintain highly confidential information. Strong wrist dexterity and strength to operate a laser and computer/office machinery. Ability to visually assess clients’ skin conditions and safely operate laser equipment while wearing assigned laser safety goggles. Eligibility to meet employment requirements.
