IT Business Analyst II

Business Analyst IIAs a Business Analyst II, you'll assist Implementation Managers and IT project teams in completing customer startup projects and demand requests. Primary responsibilities include developing and maintaining documentation, system configuration, testing, issue identification and resolution, and providing support to internal and external customers.Coordinates with Implementation Managers and IT project teams to develop an implementation planClearly and concisely documents and maintains project artifactsWorking under the direction of a project lead, assists in the configuration and creation of custom application solutionsCompletes and documents unit testing and integration testing activitiesCoordinates and documents user acceptance testing activitiesIdentifies, defines, and resolves minor issues during the implementation process, escalating complex issues to more senior team membersUtilizes project management methodologies consistent with the common frameworkBecomes a subject matter expert in at least one area within the departmentTrains customer end-users on solution functionality and operational processesSeeks to identify improvement opportunities for process, execution, delivery, and communicationLearns new systems, processes, and tools quickly and thoroughlyPerforms other duties and responsibilities as required by the role and determined by managementQualificationsBA/BS degree strongly preferred, will consider comparable work experience4-6 years of relevant experience is preferred.Rarely makes the same mistake twice; learns from failure.Begins to focus on attaining expertise in one or more areas of their role.Learns quickly and makes steady progress without the need for constant significant feedback from more senior team members.We are excited to share that the base salary range for this position is $92,157.78 - $122,877.04. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, targeted at 3%.
