Pediatric Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) - Therapeutic Preschool and Kindergarten Program1233 W. You'll foster each child's mobility, gross motor development, and functional independence growth.Responsibilities:Providing individualized therapy and therapeutic rotationsImplementing therapeutic approaches such as DIR/Floortime, Developmental Treatment, Motor Skills Acquisition, and Intentional Relationship Model (IRM)Collaborating daily with occupational and speech therapists, as well as social workersDocumenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of careKnowledge and Skills Required:Required credentials to practice PT therapyExperience working with children and/or clients with special needs preferredCompetencies: proactive problem-solving, results-oriented, worksmanship, resourceful, and clear communicatorWhy Join Blue Bird Day?This is an opportunity to provide evidence-based, play-focused pediatric therapy in a collaborative, innovative environment designed to help children thrive.
