Travel Booking Pro - Remote

We're seeking a passionate Travel Booking Pro to create unforgettable memories and seamless travel experiences—from sunrise balloon rides over Santa Fe to epic cruises through the Norwegian Fjords.

What You'll Do

Connect with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets.
Book seamless journeys via email, chat, and phone—transforming inquiries into confirmed trips with enthusiasm and accuracy.
Resolve issues quickly , turning concerns into happy outcomes and ensuring smooth travel from booking to homecoming.
Spot trends in client feedback to refine services and personalize support for future bookings.
Optimize response funnels , minimizing delays and boosting client satisfaction scores.
Nurture post-booking relationships , ensuring clients feel supported before, during, and after every trip.
Deliver high-touch service with empathy, expertise, and a genuine smile.

Nice to Have

Travel industry savvy and comfort with AI tools for quick personalization (preferred, not required — zero experience also welcomed)
Stellar written and verbal communication skills
Experience with social media platforms
Passion for travel
