Commission Support Specialist - Greater Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid)

Our client, an established financial services company, is hiring multiple Commission Support Specialists to support its service team through tax season. This is a phone-based, frontline role helping clients resolve compensation and commission questions.

• Location: Greater Phoenix, AZ, hybrid (3 days onsite)

• Duration: 6-month contract

• Start: ASAP

What you’ll do

\n
• Handle a steady volume of inbound calls from clients and their support staff
\n
• Ask the right questions to uncover the real issue, then research and resolve it
\n
• Own complex cases through to resolution, including follow-up with partner firms
\n
• Explain commission structures and reporting tools to clients and internal teams
\n
• Reach out proactively on time-sensitive items
\n
• Support teammates with training, backup coverage and process improvements
\n

What you bring

\n
• Phone-based customer service experience
\n
• Financial services experience in investments, brokerage or banking
\n
• Strong probing and problem-solving skills
\n
• Patience and a calm approach with frustrated callers
\n
• Comfort asking questions and thinking creatively when the answer isn’t obvious
\n
• Ability to pass a background check
\n
