Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Assist with the implementation of the new Oracle solution; install, configuration, migration of existing users and systems, etc.

Coordinate with the security architect and engineering teams to review proposed design for enterprise implementation.

As needed, design, develop, and unit test web services and other security integration components using J2EE.

Assist the project manager in the development of project plans. Determine project tasks and estimates.

Assist the business analyst and QA teams with the development of QA plans.

Assist with the Security Plan, System Risk Assessment and other CMS security processes and compliance items.

Asses existing security controls and assist with the implementation of required security controls.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or related field.

Must have experience implementing and supporting Identity Management, Access Management and LDAP tools from leading vendors like Sun, Oracle, IBM etc.

Experience with Open SSO API, SPML, Oracle Waveset API.

Experience with Oracle Waveset XPRESS Forms and Workflows.

Must have 6 yrs of security design, development and release experience in Java development.

Experience with SOAP Web Services with CXF.

Must have strong problem solving and troubleshooting experience.

Must have excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across project teams.

General knowledge of secure Java EE coding practices. Understanding of common web based exploits such as SQL Injection, Cross Site Scripting, and Cross Site Request Forgery.
