Veterinarian Medical Director

We’re seeking a Medical Director / Managing Veterinarian to lead our AAHA-accredited team in a collaborative, supportive clinic environment. This role offers the chance to guide the growth of our hospital while exploring potential joint venture partnership opportunities. All this comes in a prime coastal location: just two hours from Orlando’s theme parks and only 10 minutes from the beach. Responsibilities Diverse Caseload – Treat dogs, cats, and some pocket pets, with opportunities for exotics and avian patients. Utilize advanced diagnostics including ultrasound, cold laser, digital radiography, and dental. Holistic Options – Offer acupuncture with optional electrical stimulation, Chinese and natural ingredient medicines, and laser therapy. Balanced Schedule – 4–4.5 days per week, with no on-call or after-hours, designed to balance your needs and those of the hospital. Professional Growth – Receive expert-led, hands-on training across a variety of medical areas at our PetOne Veterinary Training Center, including one fully covered PetOne course in your first year. Leadership and Management – Provide medical leadership for the hospital, ensure quality care, manage associate veterinarians, ensure regulatory compliance, oversee financial performance in collaboration with the Hospital Manager, and participate in budget planning and staffing decisions under National Veterinary Associates (NVA) oversight.
