We are looking for multiple GenStone Sales Representatives to join our team. GenStone is an international faux stone and brick veneer building supply company located in Littleton, CO, serving end‑users and contractors throughout the United States and Canada. Responsibilities Engage in proactive outside sales efforts by reaching out to potential clients through warm leads and networking. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and identifying upselling opportunities. Manage the entire sales pipeline from lead generation through closing deals, ensuring consistent follow‑up and timely communication. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs, showcasing the benefits of our high‑end building materials. Negotiate terms and pricing with clients while maintaining profitability and aligning with company policies. Utilize CRM/Sales Force software to track sales activities, update client information, and analyze sales data for strategic planning. Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales within the building materials or related industries. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high‑end deals effectively. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks efficiently. Familiarity with CRM/Sales Force software. Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette. Ability to perform warm leads, outbound sales activities, and upselling strategies confidently. Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem‑solving and relationship building. 1 year of phone sales experience required. Energetic presentation skills. Dependable with a commitment to exemplary sales performance. Negotiation skills. Excellent closing skills. Constant positive attitude. Self‑motivation and a hunger to succeed. A clean background is required. Highlights Each sales representative receives 40–50 new leads per day. We utilize an auto‑dialing system, resulting in an over 70% contact rate. 80% of our team makes or is on schedule to make $100,000+. Up to 15% commission.
