Responsibilities Include General building maintenance upkeep Perform pickups and deliver runs Lawn & landscape detail Help with snow removal Assist maintenance with general requests Requirements Ability to complete forklift training upon hire (onsite training) Must be able to lift 50- 70 lbs.
