What You’ll Do:✅ Oversee office workflow and implement efficient processes
✅ Develop and maintain administrative procedures
✅ Manage vendor relationships and purchasing
✅ Oversee facilities management and ensure smooth daily operations
✅ Organize and maintain documentation and records
- Experience: Previous office or administrative management experience required
- Tech-Savvy: Strong computer skills and proficiency in administrative software
- Communication Pro: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy
- Problem Solver: A proactive approach to improving workflows and operations
